# How to create a Preset in KoalaWriter

Presets allow you to save and conveniently use your settings with future articles.


* From Koala Writer, click Create Preset.

* Your current setting will automatically save.

* To update a preset, click the save icon to the right of the preset name

* You can create multiple presets to choose from when creating an article.
