# How to enable internal linking in KoalaWriter

**KoalaWriter's Automatic Internal Linking feature** lets you add internal links to your articles automatically.

Simply follow the steps below, and you'll have it set up in no time!

1. **Enter your domain** in the Automatic Internal Linking box.

If you already have your sitemaps indexed, simply choose the domain from the dropdown menu.

2. **Wait** for Koala to finish fetching your sitemaps.

If successful, you should see your sitemaps listed down. Otherwise, you can enter your sitemap URL manually.

3. **Select** which sitemaps you don't want KoalaWriter to link to.

To do this, simply **click the checkbox** to the right of the sitemap you want to ignore. Make sure it's highlighted, then click Next at the bottom.
