Troubleshooting Bugs

If you're running into an issue like the Buy Plan button not working, there might be something on your end blocking our request.

Please do the following steps before contacting us so you can provide us with all the details when you do.


Clear your browser cache and do a hard refresh, then try again. You can do a hard refresh by holding Shift while you click the Refresh button on your browser.

If this doesn't work, please proceed to number 2.

Disable all browser extensions and try again. If this works, one of your browser extensions is causing the issue. We recommend turning them on one at a time to see which one could be causing the issue.

If the browser you're using is Google Chrome, you can view and manage your extensions by clicking this link.



If this still doesn't work, please proceed to number 3.

Please send us screenshots of the Console and Network tabs on your browser developer tools. This will help us see the error message and track down what could be causing the issue.

You can open the browser developer tools by clicking Ctrl+Shift+C. You will find the Console and Network tabs in the top right corner.
