Do unused word credits or chat credits carry over to the next month?

Starting November 2026, unused words and credits on monthly plans carry over into your rollover bank, up to 3 months of your plan.

Banked words and credits are used after your monthly allowance runs out, and the bank stays with you as long as your plan does. Your balance shows in the sidebar and on your account page.

Note: This only applies to monthly subscriptions. Annual plans and LTD words and credits do not rollover.
