How to automatically upload articles to your website

Automatically uploading articles to your site is easy with KoalaWriter. Whether you use the Bulk Writer to create large batches of articles or wish to create articles one at a time, you can have the articles automatically uploaded to your website.

Just make sure you've set up your integrations beforehand on your Account page! If you haven't yet, please do that first and come back to this guide once you've set it up.

At this time, we have integrations for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Ghost.

Let's get started!

Option 1: Bulk Writer

If you prefer to create large batches of articles at a time, our Bulk Writer is the best option for you.

  1. Edit your settings as desired on the Bulk Writer page.

  1. Select an Integrated Account from the dropdown menu.

  1. Click Bulk Create, and you're done! Drafts of the articles will automatically be sent to the selected site once they are completed.

Option 2: Project with Integrated Account

If you prefer not to use our Bulk Writer, please follow the steps below to have KoalaWriter automatically upload your finished articles to your site.

  1. Go to your KoalaWriter Library and create a Project with an Integrated Account if you do not have one yet. Make sure you select an Integrated Account for your Project, or else the articles will not be uploaded automatically!

Please view our guide for steps on how to create a Project in KoalaWriter.

  1. Edit your settings as desired on KoalaWriter.

  1. Select a Project to assign your article to.

  1. Click Create Article, and you're done! Once completed, the article should be automatically uploaded to your site that was set as the Integrated Account for the Project.
